What we don't do
JK Ranch does not do septic system work, water well drilling, backflow testing or hydro jetting. If a job needs one of those, Jacob will say so and point you in the right direction rather than take work he isn't set up for. That is more honest than another sales pitch, and it saves everybody a phone call.
Warranty
Two years on workmanship and on parts JK Ranch Plumbing supplies.
Water heaters carry a manufacturer warranty of six to twelve years depending on the options you choose, and JK Ranch registers that manufacturer warranty on your behalf.
Permits
JK Ranch Plumbing pulls all plumbing permits. The work is done to code and on the record, so there are no surprises later.
